45% - Written report, with supporting documentation and pictures
30% - Extracurricular activities and community service
15% - Involvement with service organizations and CLEWs
5% - Personal GPA
5% - Letters of Recommendation

The Awards Dinner

Each August, awards will be presented to Ambassadors as they complete their junior year.

- Approximately (32) scholarships totaling about $245,000
- A Free Guest dinner for each HOBY Ambassador
- Share this moment with family and friends

So that we may make adequate plans for you to attend this awards dinner, begin now to complete your report using one of the discussed formats.

As a HOBY Ambassador, you will be our guest for the dinner and your meal is paid for. Family members or friends who wish to attend will be $25 each. We will need to know in advance how many of you are attending by submitting your check for each person, made out to "HOBY Utah." This will be due by July 1 preceding the dinner.

Even if you feel that you may not have completed some major service activities, we encourage you to submit your report and be our HOBY Ambassador guest with your family and friends for this "OUTSTANDING" Awards Dinner.
